Street Closure FYI

Due to the Skinner Blvd Improvement Project, impacts to local traffic will be greater than usual. 

• For those businesses and residents in the Orange area (Douglas and Highland, north of Monroe and Grant) access will be limited starting around 6:30 PM and will not be restored until after the parade finishes after 8:30 PM. Pinellas County Sheriff Deputies will be limiting traffic to residents and businesses only while the parade is in progress. If you are a resident, you will need to present identification with your street address to be allowed to drive through the closure.

• If you are a business and have appointments scheduled during those times, please reach out to MardiGras@dunedinmerchants.com to secure a pass for your employees/clients.

• Those businesses and residents along the parade staging area and route south of Scotland St, Douglas Ave will be closed starting at 4 PM and will be reopened after the parade passes. We will try to accommodate specific access requirements where possible.

• The safety of our participants and attendees are our top priority and we appreciate your understanding.
